Terms & Conditions

We ship all packages via UPS or USPS. We do not ship via other carriers or methods not listed in our shipping options, which ensures that your package goes out FAST.

International orders: You will be responsible for paying any customs or duties associated with the package. We do not calculate customs and do not how much they will be. Please consult your local customs office for more information. We do not mark items as gifts. All items will be marked with the amount you paid for insurance and customs purposes.

Satisfaction and Returns

NEW, unused products may be returned to us within 15 calendar days of receipt for a refund if not satisfied. Contact us for a return authorization number.

Refund rules:

• Refunds will only be given on new, unused items. Tags, packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included.
• Product must have tags attached if applicable.
• Refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued upon receipt and review of product.
