They build shoes for outdoor use - shoes with meaningful innovation, solid performance and recognizable quality. They are also stewards of our rich natural heritage and believe that a business should contribute to a greater common good. The phrase "True to the Trail" is the guiding principle at Oboz. As a new company, they're faced with direction changing decisions every day. Filtering all of their decisions through the True to the Trail test helps them stay consistent with the vision that led them to create Oboz Footwear in the first place. The application of True to the Trail is extensive. The most literal and tangible interpretation of the phrase involves the product. True to the Trail also guides their environmental ethics.
